Mohammad Hossein Mosallanejad obtained his Ph.D. in materials Engineering from the Materials Engineering Department of IUT (Isfahan University of Technology) in 2022. During his Ph.D., he worked on the solidification aspects of Additive Manufacturing (AM), an emerging technology also known as 3D printing, under supervision of Prof. Behzad Niroumand. Mohammad Hossein Mosallanejad succeeded to receive an Erasmus+ grant from the European Union in 2019, supporting his sabbatical leave, which he spent at PoliTo (Politecnico di Torino), Turin, Italy. He continued his research at PoliTo on AM of Titanium-based alloys under supervision of Prof. Abdollah Saboori and published several reviews and experimental papers in credible journals, including an experimental paper in the renowned Additive Manufacturing journal (IF=11.632), marking the first IUT paper ever published in the journal and the first Iranian paper published in the journal on the EBM technology.
